October Update

The props are in and the main lintel at the front of the shop is about to be removed and replaced with a steel lintel. Once this has been completed, work will begin on replacing the lintel at the side of the building on Helmton Road.

Building Work Begins

On Friday morning, the hoarding went up on Chesterfield Road! This is very exciting for everyone here at Open House as it means that we can start replacing all the rotten lintels that are only just managing to hold the building up. This is the first part of making the building safe and strong!
