Roles & Responsibilities

There are plenty of jobs to be done in a pop-up cafe environment. Discuss with the rest of your team which role(s) might suit you best. We recommend staying in that role throughout your shift so that you become very familiar with the responsibilities. However, if you’re confident to swap round, make sure everyone understands what is needed to complete their role.
